Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (minus shipping), store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
A Return Request must be submitted within 30 days of Invoice. Once approved, all returns must be Postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date - Buyer pays for Shipping. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
All Shipping Costs are paid are the Buyer and is Non-Refundable.
DAMAGE FROM TRANSIT
In case of damage from transit, please let us know via email, along with images of the damage, within 15 days of receipt.
For images, we require:
- in Unopened state - clear, full view of damaged outer packaging
- in Opened state - clear, full view of damaged item(s)
After review from our Customer Service Manager, every situation will be processed on a case by case scenario.
Customers can submit a return request by logging into their customer account on our storefront, finding the order they wish to return and clicking the Return Items link. Note that customers will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
Next, customers will need to specify the Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action. They also have the option to leave a comment.
After submitting the request, Customers will see the Return Instructions per Return Policy and will receive a confirmation email.
Please note, the Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return back.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. All Shipping is Non-Refundable. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If item was found to be in a different condition other than sent by our warehouse, we may choose to do one of the following:
- Contact Buyer regarding Condition received by our Returns Department
- Give the Option of either,
- Return the item back to Buyer (pending repayment of shipping cost).
- Provide a Refund MINUS a Restocking Fee between 15% to 50% + Shipping cost initially paid by Buyer
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance Items
- Special Order Items
- Returns AFTER 30 Days of Invoiced Purchase
- On a case-by-case basis, we rarely may elect to accept returns, however, only a store credit will be issued after deduction of both a 25% restocking fee & all shipping fees related to that particular order.

We will require these images when you contact us of defect or damage. If this is a shipping damage, we may request that you cooperate in filing an insurance claim for the item(s).
● Up to 50% restocking fee will be charged for all used / damaged returns upon our discretion.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Item's must be in New, Unopened Condition along with Non-Damaged Original Packaging and/or Accessories...
